These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Pine and Lily's services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service with Pine and Lily.co, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not proceed with the booking.
2. Services
Pine and Lily.co offers luxury picnic and event services, including but not limited to:
- Customized picnic setups
- Event planning and coordination
- Catering services
- Decoration and ambiance creation
3. Booking and Payment
Booking: All bookings must be made by contacting us directly. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 day before the event date.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Venmo, PayPal or cash.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations made more than 3 days before the event date will receive a 75% refund of the amount paid, excluding the deposit. Cancellations made within 2 days of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Pine and Lily.co: We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
5. Weather Policy
Our services are weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided, excluding the deposit.
6. Client Responsibilities
Conduct: Clients and their guests are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the event. Any damage to property or equipment caused by the client or their guests will be the client's responsibility.
Permits: It is the client's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or permissions required for the event location.
7. Liability
Pine and Lily.co is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their event.
8. Balloons and Popping
Balloons: We offer balloon decorations as part of our event services. While we use high-quality balloons, they are susceptible to environmental factors.
Popping: Balloons may pop unexpectedly due to heat, sharp objects, or other unforeseen factors. [Your Company Name] is not responsible for any injuries or damage caused by popping balloons. Clients are advised to ensure children are supervised around balloon decorations to prevent accidents.
9. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Clients must inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee that all dietary needs will be met.
10. Photography and Marketing
We reserve the right to take photographs of the event for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your event to be photographed, please inform us in writing prior to the event.
11. Force Majeure
Pine and Lily.co is not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
